American Century Servicing buys and services loans made to real estate investors to purchase, build, renovate, and rent residential houses.

We purchase whole and partial loans from lenders, and originators who have underwritten the loan and, preferably, already funded it. We do not accept loan applications directly form borrowers.

Loans are serviced by us, but lenders and originators are encouraged to remain the main contact for the borrower. We are affiliate with American Century Life Insurance Company.
